Chicken Karaage with Sesame Yuzu Dressing

Ingredients

  • Dressing

    • 30 gm Garlic, pounded or 50gm chopped finely

    • 100 gm Japanese mayonnaise

    • 30 gm Sesame seeds, toasted and pounded

    • 3 tsp Sesame oil

    • 4 tsp Yuzu juice seasoning

    • 1 tsp Honey

    • 1/4-1/2 tsp Salt

  • Garnishing

    • Julienne Red Chili

    • Thinly sliced spring onion

    • Coriander

How to Cook

  • Cook the Tyson Chicken Karaage as per instructions on the bag.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Alternatively, mix all ingredients using pestle and mortar.
  • Garnish Tyson Chicken Karaage with chili, spring onion and coriander.
  • Serve and enjoy!
